    Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

    Refund Eligibility

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after purchase
    • Orders that have not been processed yet may be eligible for a full refund
    • If the digital IDP has not been delivered yet, a refund is possible

    Refund Process

    • All refund requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours
    • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method
    • It may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank or provider

    Non-Refundable Cases

    • If the digital IDP has already been delivered
    • If incorrect or false information was provided by the customer
    • If the customer changes their mind after processing has started

    Important Notes

    • The IDP is a translation document, not a government-issued license
    • Customers must check local regulations before purchasing
    • No refund will be issued due to misuse or misunderstanding of the service
